MEET SAKHYA YOGA

Inspired by the joy of teaching yoga to friends and family, I started Sakhya Yoga. Sakhya  means ‘Friendship’ in Sanskrit. I welcome you to join the community and  connect with people who, like you, want to explore or deepen their yoga practice.

We are offering online live sessions that you can enjoy from the comfort of your home, or while you are away for work or on holiday.
